Policies

All packages, single sessions, and single classes are non-refundable.
All packages, single sessions, and single classes expire 6 months from the date of purchase.
All Sessions/ Classes are 50 minutes in length.
Regardless of arrival time, sessions will end at the scheduled time.
Pilates Equipment is not to be used without assistance.
Attire: Barefoot or Grip Socks, comfortable clothing such as sweatpants or leggings, and a T-shirt. No zippers on parts of clothing that will touch the equipment (Zippers can scratch the equipment surface).

Private/Duet Session clients will be charged $45.00 for cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session or for no-shows.
Group Class clients will be charged $12.00 for cancellations made less than 12 hours before the class or for no-shows.
A no-show is assumed to be 15 minutes past the scheduled time.
Pilates Loft reserves the right to cancel Group classes if only one person is enrolled.
