Reformer Flow

Reformer flow focuses on the traditional principles of Pilates: Concentration, Control, Centering, Flow, Precision, and Breathing. Traditional reformer exercises, as well as fun variations with the use of props, are taught. You can expect to strengthen, connect to, and stretch all major muscle groups.

Level: Beginner/ Intermediate

Pilates Mat

Pilates work on the mat is for everyone! Get ready to find your breath and a deep connection to your muscles. Flowing through movement you will focus on building core strength, balance, flexibility, and establishing the mind-body connection. Some props (Pilates circle, weights, stability balls, foam roller, pillows, etc.) will be used to challenge your endurance or assist with modification making this class different every time.

Level: Beginner/ Intermediate

Active Aging

Reformer Pilates is perfect for the older mover or those working with an injury! Class is taught at a slower pace so that there is time to be mindful of the movements. This class can help enhance functional fitness as a whole by improving balance, increasing strength, and coordination, increasing circulation in the body, and heightening body awareness.

Level: Beginner

Athletic Reformer

This fun and challenging class incorporates functional and traditional reformer exercises with a focus on balance, strength, and coordination. You can expect to strengthen and tone all major muscle groups—with an emphasis on your core. In addition to the reformer, you can expect to use other props such as fitness circles, flex bands, and weights, to create an added challenge and variety to your traditional Pilates repertoire. The flow and pace of the class are faster, the choreography stays more fluid moving from one exercise to the next. The difficulty level with power, agility, strength, balance, and endurance is amped up.

Level: Intermediate/Advance

Reformer & More

Class is primarily on the Reformer but incorporates other large and small Pilates equipment. Maintaining a moderate but flowing pace you will experience a different total body class each time. You may try Pilates Barre choreography, Magic Circle, Tower, Yoga based movement, weights, and more!

Level: Beginner/Intermediate
